If you should change your mind about your Divine By Donna purchase, then you have 7 working days to return your purchase.
You MUST notify us via email to info@divinebydonna.com before returning ANY item.
Please state in the email:
- Your name
- Order/invoice number
- Reason for returning the item/s
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund
We cannot exchange or refund orders of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.
Please ensure all item/s are returned, unworn, in their original packaging. Avoid getting your purchase into contact with make-up, perfume, deodorant, drinks or cigarettes. If there is any sign of wear we will be unable to accept the return.
Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.
On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue you a refund within 10 working days. You will receive your refund via the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
